The Pensacola Runners Association is proud to offer weekly, FREE, interval workouts to all current members, overseen by University of West Florida Cross Country Coach Caleb Carmichael each Monday evening at the UWF Track at 6:00 PM.

A message from Coach Carmichael:

Come join the PRA every Monday for Monday Night Track (MNT)! UWF Cross Country Coach, Caleb Carmichael, leads speed work every Monday night at 6pm at UWF Track. This group run is a perk of your membership for the PRA and is a great way to get into shape for your upcoming race. All ages and speeds are welcome! The group run begins with a 1 to 1.5 mile warm up jog, followed by some dynamic warmup drills, which leads into the workout portion of the night. Coach always encourages the cool down post run as well. Workouts vary from week to week but most involve a harder repetition followed by an easier repetition. After attending 5 sessions, you will earn a sweet MNT branded shirt to show off at races!! Hope we can see you there!!
