PRA Grant Program

The Pensacola Runners Association (PRA) has established a grant program for area organizations, clubs, and projects.  The PRA board of directors voted to fund a grant in the program to award to organizations which further the PRA mission:  to promote, support and develop running and racing in Pensacola and along the northern Gulf Coast. The PRA’s objective is to provide information, education, training, social and sporting events for competitive and non-competitive runners and walkers of all ages, races, genders and abilities.

An application must be filled out and submitted to the PRA.  A committee will review each application and vote on its submission. There is no deadline on the application and once the cap has been reached, the grant application will be removed from the website. Once a grant is awarded to an institution the recipient is not permitted to apply again until two years later.

All grants for 2023 have been awarded. Please look out for more information regarding 2024 grant requests.
