UWF Kappa Sigma will be hosting our annual Military Heroes 5k. It will take place at the Pensacola Beach Pavilion located near the beach ball (landmark). The event will start at 8:o0 AM. This will be a fun race for all, and we encourage great sportsmanship and an energetic attitude. The cost of registration is $15 for students and $20 for those who are not students (which will include a custom t-shirt), and all proceeds will go to the military heroes campaign. The Kappa Sigma Military Heroes Campaign is committed to supporting ongoing care for our military veterans and their families. We aggressively pursue opportunities to assist our nation’s veterans with financial and organizational support to help them overcome the battles they fight every day. This will be a fun day in the sun, and will help benefit those in our community. Our military heroes have fought to guarantee our freedom, now its your turn to fight through that burn and run to benefit them!
