Monday Night Track Training
One of the many PRA Membership Perks you can enjoy is FREE weekly interval workouts every Monday evening at the UWF track at 6pm! For weekly updates, including the workout details, consider joining our Facebook Group! Coach Carmichaels wants everyone to know that runners of all ages and speeds are welcome! The group run typically begins with a 1 to 1.5 mile warm up jog, followed by some dynamic warmup drills, and then the workout portion of the night. Coach always encourages the cooldown post-run as well! Workouts vary from week to week, but most will involve a harder repetition followed by an easier repetition. After attending 5 sessions you’ll earn a SWEET Monday Night Track (MNT) branded shirt to show off at runs!! We certainly hope to see you there!
